Hi, can you tell I made this card with a poorly eye..yes I feel like a pirate today..must be the crafting that's been going on all this week on here..it's thanks to all you followers who continue to leave such nice comments and this is so greatly appreciated that I want to show more!!! I'm glad to say also this week I found the Saturated Canary blog through one of my followers (Mina, thanks)..I love reading Krista's posts, such a down to earth lady, so much appreciation for life and what it brings, I admire so much how she writes.

So onto my card which uses the love freebie digi image from the very talented Krista, coloured with Promarkers, some Polka Doodle Sugar Birdie cd paper scraps, doodled around with my fine liner, sentiment is from a Personal Impressions old set from QVC..must remember to use these more often as there's some I've not even touched, the flowers are made from CC Designs Phlox dies. Finished off with some glamour dust on those wonderful gold locks.

Hi, I'm here again...this time with a digi image frebie from Polka Doodles..Nikky is soooo generous that we've got a starting point for a quick and easy valentine card, most of the recent cards will be sent to Post pals just as' a bit of cheery up'. I place this lovely digi on a paper printed from the Sugar Birdies cd Red, printed it out and did the same with the pink, cut out the heart from the red, the butterfly from the pink and slotted them into place, followed the butterflys path with fine liner pen, subtle heart stamping from Crafters companion stamp and sentiment from Personal Impressions. Oh and faux stitching to finish!

Another chilly weekend, hopefully this time the roads will be free of snow (fingers crossed)... onto my card today which is using a fab little PB stamp from the 'hugs' sheet and I've been stumped to how i could get more use out of these petite ones and now I have the answer..stamp them in mulitples!!! It's took me along time to figure that out as I really do like them, coloured with Promarkers, even those stripes are with the pens..really easy and simple, finished with a turquoise ric rac and freebie mag sentiment. Hope you like it.

Hi, I'm still carrying on with my crafting frenzy while the snow is hanging around and yet more on its way..and my chalks are still out from yetserdays card. Today I've used this gorgeous couple digi from Ladybug Crafts Ink that i won some while back (this is part of the whole set, can't wait to use the rest). I used several wins on this one namely the Go Kreate Die Large Square Frilly Frame 3, New CC Designs Cutters Phlox Flowers Die from My mUms Craft Shop with my voucher from their lovely blog..many thanks for the swift order Kitty and the lovely freebies, the paper leaf, jump rings and fab charm are from Crafty Emma's. I die cut using my cuttlebug this navy blue card from an old invoice book which was going in the bin before i rescued the covers, the flowers were from this card too, sentiment is from Paper Pretties, image coloured with Promarkers. Isn't this card perfect for the first love and a new beginning of a relationship!

Another icy day all...very cold indeed and this is giving me more of an excuse to craft, I'm trying to keep up with the Less is more challenge. What simplicity is.. when I could've spent over an hour trying to work out which paper I'll use and then more importantly will that particular sketch fit my lovely stamp. Well I can truly say I'm enjoying these type of card far more!

So I've used my wonderful chalks, these were one of first purchases when I started properly crafting three years ago, stamp was in a £1 bin some years ago, I gave it a home, I used a clear inkpad and then gently rubbed some aqua chalk with some cotton wool (didn't have an inkpad in my collection of that colour so I improvised), some ric rac and the other embellishments from the bottom of my draw.

Hi and a big welcome to my newest follower..I hope you enjoy the creations i make and if you want you can always go bakc to three and a half years when I began blogging...so fearful if this was right for me but I'm not looking back at all..infact the blogging world is full of nice people who care very deeply about their passion of crafting and also care about each other very much..as much as a family!!! So onto my card which is a Gruffies one 'finding friendship', coloured with koh i noor pencils and blended ( quite like this bear in pink),use multitude of stamps for the sentiment ranging from a free one, hero arts and the 'and' off a Penny Black. Hope you could follow that as that was the sentiment I was looking for in my stamps box but couldn't find one. Papers are from yesterdays card (Kaboodle Doodle).

Afternoon all. Today we have the thawing process after all the snow for the last 2 days...lovely to see everyone about. My card is using a Leanne Ellis stamp 'mermaid' and i do love using this one, comes with a swirly frame but i masked it off for a change, papers are all from old Kaboodle Doodles d/loads, squared off the image with my Promarker pink pen, stamped sentiment..'with love' from a mag free, 'friend' from Crafters Companion old girl set, heart, swirls are die cuts from Spellbinders, gems to finish, then i found some clear dew drops and had an idea i saw on Mina's blog resembling water drops so i used them too, hope it's not too much but there's only 3 there!!!

Hope you can see the paper piecing on her lovely tail..the end bit fell off but thankfully i was able to save it and attach it back on. Challenges entered are 10... Hope everyone who's got snow is keeping well and warm..we've got enough for a snowman or two this morning and no doubt there'll be a few snowball fights in my household this afternoon. I've got round to using this absolutely stunning illustrated image 'artistic goddess' by Krista from Sugar Nellie..there's a new love for me now (these images and I'll try to keep up with their challenges), I won this one and a lovely christmasy one just before christmas from their fab blog and just like to say 'thankyou' but I feel it's not enough so this is for their own challenge which is a sketch and option of paper piecing which I've done on her overcoat. Coloured with Promarkers, die cut flowers and leaves from Marianne Creatables, swirly die cut is Spellbinders, small pink flower and gems to finish...oh by the way the d/load digi paper is by Sizzix from Crafts Beautiful website and if you're registered which is free anyway you can d/load it for yourself.

We've had snow flurries everyone!!! Hi, and what a grey morning we've had that i thought it would snow more and settle but I'm so glad it didn't. I'll be one of the first to say I can't be in the snow but do love the white blanket of it over the fields and rooftops. So onto my creation for today which I made a few days ago and lovely jubbly for me I think I've posted every day so far. This stamped image in walnut stain ink is one of the cutesy House Mouse image from the 'cake' sheet and is usually blowing bubble gum (Ithink) but I masked it off and put a cut out pink heart instead. It seems to go, let me know what you think as i don't have lovey dovey HM images, so i invented one. Coloured with my koh i noor pencils, d/load paper is from the lovely Anice at Funky Hand, paper flower from a candy, spare bit of ribbon and that beautiful, beautiful heart charm in the top right is from the brilliant Emma, part of a candy win. It's absolutely gorgeous isn't it. This card is going to a Post Pals child minus the embellishments as the child is far too young and there is a tiny brad in it.

Afternoon to all in blogland and what a chill there is in the air outside..today is time for the Less is more challenge which I've tried to keep up with and I just couldn't let this one slip by. Lovely sketch there and I've used this fab wooden stamp by Penny Black 4035K Letters & Flowers with a brown ink pad and used it on slightly textured cardstock, very sturdy card that I'd forgotten about, slightly glittered and added a tiny ribbon bow. The sentiment stamp came free with a mag.

I had an idea to make this card for Less is more challenge but I've missed it and was an aperture :( Never mind there's plenty more it will fit..I used an elegant 'flowered heart' digi image freebie from Cardmad fairies blog, printed straight onto my card, carefully cut it out and stuck it down on the inside and decorated it, the front panel was then stamped with sentiment, embossed, ribbon from Crafty Ribbons attached and a friend sentiment layered and put on foam squares, tiny button added on bow.

Hi to a bright Monday! Yes it's me...and I'm still shrugging off those nasty bugs and desparately hoping for an end so i can do my crafting in one go. This girly set I'm pleased to say was brilliantly easy using the same Sugar Birdies CD from Polka Doodles (the boy one is under this post and was very well received). This one had to be made up ready to give by hand and love it to bits that I nearly kept it for myself to store kiddy cards in!!! The sentiment is a Penny Black stamped with walnut stain ink.

I just wanted to say i've had some trouble leaving comments at some blogs, not sure why but the blogs that open the tiny comment box are fine, so I wonder what it could be... my fave blogs where i usually like to leave some love may wonder why i've stopped but to reassure those lovely crafters i hope it is blogger to blame not me that's forgotten how to do things with my computer, oh well!

Morning and a big hi to all. It's been a long time since i posted anything, reason being we are still recovering from these never ending colds. Hopefully they'll all go away after they've toughened up the old immune systems!!! So, my project is a gift box with matching card using Polka Doodle Sugar Birdies CD...fantastic cd, absolutely all sorted out for a present. Everything is precoloured from there, just used the Penny Black sentiment stamp and some matching blue ric rac which I've had a long time not used. After alot of sniffles and tissue boxes used up, all finished, this will be hand given to a little fella well stocked with birthday cards and a few treats.

It seems a while since I posted a creation...the new year has brought all the bugs and viruses in our household and it seems everyone is unwell...but i managed to make this one using some New free stamps that came from Papercraft Inspirations issue 95 'country companions'. Really nice set of stamps although I had a bit of trouble getting them off the acetate, evrything stamped straight onto the card is from the set, coloured and blended with Koh i noor pencils, ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, lovely heart charm from the fantastic Emma ( won a voucher to spend there from their challenge blog and found some brilliant products, many thanks).

Good afternoon. Today I've made a rather simple card using a new d/load paper from Anice and cut out the letters. The floral curved frame is a new stamp set that came free with a mag, coloured it with Promarkers, i wanted to put some glamour dust on the flowers but I've mislaid the tub, will sprinkle some on when i find it! So all in all, cutting, sticking and a little bit of stamping. Hope you find time to say thankyou for all those lovely pressies over the festive season too.

I cut out the middle, image coloured with Promarkers and I just noticed a couple of black dot remnants on the male hunk!!!
