Happy Halloween if you're celebrating tonight and please stay safe. My card is using a fab stamp from Nutcrafters, sentiment is theirs too. Coloured with Promarkers, and I've not forgotten one of my first buys 'The Light Box'...well I've got all my stencils I spent a fortune on and won't be in a rush to throw away. So as I was following a sketch I've embossed some doggy bones and cute little doggies on the right side for a bit of texture. You may notice there's no design papers here too, just simple distressing around the edges and a single star from a candy stamp I won a little while ago.

Happy Monday bloggers! Wow, what a few days of build up to this Super Storm, but we've escaped very mildly in the Midlands I'm glad to say. Hope everyone is happy and safe. Onto my card using this fab stamp HM 'Yarn Tales' (love this one as it's always so well received), coloured with Promarkers, Glamour Dust added to the wool, 'Rabbit Feet' stamp added to the left, pink twine from Meiflower, sentiment and scroll stamp from Nutcrafters, colourised using the same Promarker as the wool and popped it on some foam pads. Some teeny tiny buttons along the bottom.

So a few challenges I think...Joanna Sheen 'buttons', HM monthly # 2nd  'twine' as are LIM and Creative Knockouts, Sir Stampalot 2nd. Thankyou for visiting and leaving your kind comments,bye!

Hello again. I didn't think I was going to get another 'halloweeny' creation on here but I've somehow managed. This time it's a carton made using the fab Donna's freebie d/loads and talented Krista's SC digi image 'fastfood flyby', coloured with Promarkers and with pink hair. Some Stampin Up stars (used the same Promarker instead of ink) and cut them out, little computer generated notice in Blackadder font to say which way the 'fly-thru' is and I've tried a little trick with the pointed finger. You see, really the stamp stamped the finger the other way so I stamped onto strong acetate and then stamped that under my sentiment. I think I need a bit of practice with that technique, but I'm glad it's pointing the way the cute witch is travelling! Some flashy orange ribbon and a button to tie together.

So lots of challenges...mainly on the spooky/halloween themes, CCT, Simon Says, My mums craft shop 2nd, Crafty Creations, Stampin for the weekend, Inky Impressions, Created with love 2nd. Hi, it's such a bright day, hope it is where you are. My creation is a kind of tall card but with 2 pieces. Swiss dots folder used for the back piece and a freebie christmas tree embossing folder which came with a magazine couple of years ago. Made the sentiment using 'baby face' dies in my cuttlebug. Finished with a little glitter glue.

So a few challenges namely...LIM 'trees' as is Papertake, Charisma 'white on white', Crafty Hazelnuts 'peace', and last of all Crafty Hazelnuts Monthly anything challenge. Thankyou for all the lovely comments. Bye for now.

Hi to all! Firstly can I say my deepest thoughts are with all those good folks over on the other side of the world who are suffering so badly with all those raging fires in parts of Australia. I cannot imagine how they must be coping thinking the inevitable of losing their home in this way. Whether it be a man-made catastrophie or nature taking its toll I hope this situation doesn't get any worse, please stay safe. It is truly touching and sad to see how all this has effected people in Australia. 

So with that off my little brain, I'll tell you about my shaped card using my Go Kreate dies which you've seen alot of lately. Used a HM stamp 'finding friendship, stamped with walnut stain distress ink and coloured with Promarkers, used an old wooden effect digi scrap for the fence, computer generated sentiment and just distressed with my unpicker haberdashery tool. No glitter, finished off with twine to hold it together. I wasn't sure if this elegant shape would go for a man card, what do you think?

Hi and welcome to another posting. Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the upcoming festivities around this time of the year. Halloween is not really celebrated here in the UK as much as it is over the pond so my creations for this spoooky time of the year aren't many but I've managed to use a fab template from Scrapbooking Mad website to create this fab popcorn tub. I remember when my children were at primary school we would watch 'Hocus Pocus' on the video at around this time in the evenings......and how technology has changed now 'HD, pause, live record....and so on' great for the next generation but a bit of a struggle for me to get my head around it. Anyway it is absolutely pouring with rain for the last 2 days or so and my pic may not be that clear, dismal, grey, dark skies aren't the best!!!

So onto my practical gift is using gorgeous d/load digi paper from talented Donna, embossing on the black square, pre-coloured image 'cute witch' from lovely Janet, Basic Grey lime brads and orange tissue paper for the sweet candy to sit on (you can see the 'fizz packet') just popping out! Oh next to it is my home grown pumpkin (my first ever).

Challenges entered are 10...Pink Gem Challenge 'halloween' as are My Mums Craft Shop, Dream Valley, Glitter n Sparkle, Created with love are also having a party hop. Creative Crafts are celebrating their 4th blogaversary yippeee with 'anything goes' as is Challenges 4 Everybody. Good afternoon all! Well I'm carrying on with these Go Kreate die cards, love this shape at the moment. Used a fab LOTV stamp 'milly, me and my dog', coloured with Promarkers, bottom sentiment came free with a mag, grunge sentiment is from LOTV too! EK Success butterfly punch, ribbon, faux stitching and glamour dust to finish.

Happy Sunday! Today my creation is for only a few challenges but I really wanted an excuse to use this fab bonus win digi image from Stampin for the weekend challenge blog. Rebekah very kindly sent me a bonus image 'fast food fly' aswell as my win from Saturated Canary (many thanks). Love Krista's drawings...I've coloured using Promarkers, top freebie sentiment, one on side is from Nutcrafters. Bright flourescent ribbon to brighten my cas card.

Hi to everyone out in crafty blogland! Well, what a cold night we've had with all those cold cold winds yesterday and today it's drizzling. So my day is indoors crafting and my creation is mainly for the Link Up For Pink blog..it's their 3rd party and what a great challenge to raise awareness to get those checks done for Cancer and most importantly caught early can be treated well these days. I believe a cure for this horrid disease may not be far away!

Hello blogland, quick post again. I've used this fantastic Autumn image free from Digi Darla's blog..he's absolutely gorgeous and I immediately thought of a 'thinking of you' card. Coloured with Promarkers, tag and sentiment from Nutcrafters, the other is from LOTV which comes with a stamp. Some die flowers and leaves and I used a freebie stamp to decorate the top layer of each. Bit of twine on tag to finish!

Hi, another cas card using Bugaboo's Gus and the sentiment comes with it. Such a fun image. I've stamped the card with one of the Stampin Up stamps (simply stars) I won on MIM's 3rd Birthday Party from Shirley Anne's blog..'thankyou so much' and I hope you like what I've done with my win. Digi image coloured with Promarkers, I colourised the sentiment too as it was on white card and this one I used today is slightly off-white, distressed sentiment with my unpicker from sewing machine, stamped another single star on spare piece and cut out, added with a small metal brad.

I know that these cards are so simple to do with not much thought to papers and choosing matting and layering papers etc but I'm quite enjoying a little change before I get back into some of the normal ones for me. Hi, my card today is very simple...I managed to decoupage this wonderful fairy image (one of 2 that were printed on the sheet) from Ching-Choux Kuik. Quite liking decoupage as I needed to do some cas ones for my box. I do like to emboss them with  my cuttlebug so I used Swiss Dots folder, posh ribbon and charm, wonderful Grunge sentiment from LOTV and glitter glue in her hair to finish.
