Hi all. Hope that your week is going fine and that the Royal Wedding here in the UK will kick off the weekend for you tomorow! As there were so many challenges out there on the theme of weddings i decided to use a new template from Leanne's fab blog using this cute stamp set from Nutcrafters ( I won this from Katie & Colette last June and I'm ashamed to say it's the first time i inked them but I'm sure this card along with some others will be greatly received). Fantastic set, the sentiments are from there too, gorgeous vintage freebie papers from Far Far Hill, coloured with my Promarkers, lace from stash, heart pearls from Bunny Zoes Crafts. I used a strip of acetate to dangle the yummy wedding cake.

Hi, hope all is well. First of all I'd like to say huge welcome to my new followers...wow 120 at the counter, thankyou so much for choosing to follow my blog, it is so appreciated! Today I've a set to show featuring this very fresh digi image and sentiment from Faith for her challenge and I hasten to add it was for their sister blog Card-Ideas too but I didn't follow the 123, abc and went off to do my own thing (but at least it was the carton box i was going to enter). I used this beautiful flower d/load from Polka Doodles CD Sugar Birdies, the spotty is a gift wrap handcut with deocrative scissors, sentiment on the top left is from Personal Impressions set, i got my daughter to enlarge the single butterfly to place on my carton.

I thought both challenges qualified as this would make a nice gift to give to another child, Stamp Something 'flowers, buttons & sparkle', Flutter by Wednesdays just happens to be '3 flowers, 2 dp's and 1 button' so I think my little set qualifies and CES 'spring colours'. Hi, just one more creation for Easter and had to take a pic before I gave it away and ofcourse it had to go on my blog too! Hope everyone is enjoying the gorgeous weather, it seems Summer is already here...and before this Cadburys chocolate egg melts with all this heat I'll tell you I recycled a box to make a template for a little boy treat, paper from Crafters Companion Summer stories CD (used 2 A4 sheets to make this, but there's lots left over around the edges), pre-coloured digi image from The Creative Cottage Wild West Monkeys kit, fab images in there for males, made an oval to place some acetate, stars punched with a mini punch, sentiment from Studio G mini stamp.

Hi and a very Good Friday to you all! Wow, the weather is amazing and still good for the bank holiday weekend, lots of butterflies in the air and ladybirds too...I wanted to do at least one easter basket this year and I think I've just about sneaked it in...for the Ellephantastic monthly challenge 'anything but square/rectangle', using their very own Rosalynne bunny digi image which was a freebie at one time. Lovely to use on a card by itself or as I've used it for a tag. The template is from the amazinlgy talented Jacqui's blog. So easy to make, used some left over paper from my mini card yesterday from Polka Doodle...just love this design!!! Some fabby ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, bit of faux stitching on tag, hand written message with white sakura pen.

Hi and a fine glorious afternoon it is! It's been that hot that I've felt under the weather with all the fab heat...but I shouldn't complain...an abundance of sunshine is better than none at all. So today i've got this super image from Faith's progressive challenge called 'ladybug balancing act', coloured with Promarkers, I even gave them a smile each, embossed the whole image in my cuttlebug and added a button from stash, found some gorgeous buggy paper from Polka Doodles Sugar Birdies CD I won over at Allsorts some time ago now, they're off the lulu lady bug set, made a fancy stopper out of my fancy fiskars punch raised with foam squares. This is a mini easel, perfect for a tiny friend at Postpals, I'm gathering up May's birthday cards from all the ones I made to send out to them.

Another fine day and a card to share. This one is for Allsorts 'Blooming Blossoms' challenge, I used my Polka Doodle Sugar Birdies CD win from there. Thanks so much, I love, love this cd. There's so much on there and Nikki (boss lady) always outdoes herself...so I'm well pleased as my kids would say! I paired it with Penny Black image coloured with Promarkers from 'hugs' set and used their very own fab sketch, couldn't find my black ric rac so made my own with decorative scissors, die cut some black flowers with baby face dies, hand cut some blossoms from the paper for the middles, sentiment from Molly Blooms free mag set, beautiful pink organza ribbon and pearls to finish!

Good afternoon all! Wow, what brilliant weather the last couple of days, nearly didn't get this shaped card on here. I've cut my own shapes, used the beautiful digi image Spotty Dotty watering can from Faith, for their own challenge, it's gorgeous 'thankyou Faith'. Paper from the old Funky Fairys blog which I think is closed down, lovely flowers from Katarina's candy (aren't they very luscious). Glamour Dust added on the image to finish. I thought this card would do for a birthday around the spring season or even an easter birthday.

One for Rainbow Ladys challenge. This week it's 'night at the movies', and i found out i won some lovely Cd's (plural) from their last challenge... 'thanks so much'! Will book myself some 'me' time as they all look so brilliant. So I went with 'My Fair Lady' 1960's classic with the amazingly talented actress Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Dolittle and Rex Harrison as the professor. Used a really old stamp from See D's Vintage set coloured with my Koh-i-noor's, found some really gorgeous flourish paper whilst tidying up my d/load files from Pink Petticoat Sweet Sundaes kit I bought long time ago, acetate from Create & Craft (long time ago), paper flower with part of stamp on it, corner stamp and bottom scroll stamp from Stempelglede 022 & 019, just fab to use for pairing alongside a vintage image. Everything else from stash.

One for Pollycrafts challenge. I've managed to make this 'friend' card for them, used the fab Flo digi image coloured with Promarkers which was a freebie from Paula, thanks so much! I went to traditional embossing using my old and hardly used sunflower brass stencil with my light box.These were the first crafty things I bought when I entered the world of crafting some yaers ago and woweeee...how things have changed as papercrafting has took over lives!!! Mine included too!!! Top sentiment is from Elzybells, bottom one from Personal Impressions from QVC, scrap of gingham d/load paper, pearls from stash.
