Hi blogland, sorry there's not been much creativity around here, when life throws unexpected sad news at you, it makes you stand back and evaluate your own life..sometimes you're not even directly related to that person but somehow they have a profound effect on you..modest, humble, kind, honest, looking out for others and their health issues just to name a few. Truly one of a kind which there are only a few left in this world I'm sure and I feel very honoured to have met her.
So, now...my card is yet another bookmark (chunky at that) for someone in my life who has done incredibly well and going onto better things in her own life. Used some more of that Crafts Beautiful d/load paper, Alice from Saturated Canary coloured with Promarkers, embossed round sentiment and back paper, lace, ribbon and more intricate lace detail which mocks a kind of bunting effect, layering butterfly punch from EK Success, top left die cuts from Marianne Creatables, navy ribbon to finish! Oh I used Anita's gloss to put a plastic shine on her petticoat, hope you can see it. I've enjoyed creating this one too as the last few were gratefully received.
Challenges entered are... ABC 'v..very cute', Marianne Design Divas 'anything goes' as are MIM, Challenges 4 Everybody, Pennys challenges. CYP 'glitter & gloss', I Love Promarkers '3 different shapes..rectangle, triangles on lace, circle sentiment', Papertake 'childs play', Saturated Canary 'shabby chic', Simon says 'emboss it'. Thankyou for visiting today and leaving such kind comments, bye.
