Hi there, I hope all the new year celebrations went well in your household. I've made a few more creations using this stamp from Crafty sentiments 'best friends' as it was still lying on my desk. I also wanted to use odds and ends of card so my creations were born. The sentiment on the front is from 2 different stamps. Coloured with Promarkers and strips of digi paper which were destined for the bin.

So now to the very first cards of 2015 for some challenges... I love promarkers 2nd, Crafty catz, CCT, ABC, Scribble and scrap, CRAFT colour combo..blue/yellow as is for Winter Wonderland, Creative knockouts 'for the kids'. Wishing you a warm welcome to the beginning of a new year, lets hope it's a good one!

My card is very simple using 'reindeer silhouette' from Bugaboo images, printed onto card with sentiment on the computer. Bit of faux stitching, embossing on the cuttlebug, slim black ribbon with bow and single sequin.

Hi everyone, hope that christmas day was a happy time for you all and a great chance for togetherness. My heart goes out to all those affected by trauma and tragedy at this time particularly when it's so sudden. My thoughts go out to all those affected. To my card now...it seems my blue stamping hasn't come out too well on this one but I promise you it's there in the top right and bottom too. The light outside has faded so quickly today and not showing well in the pic.... we're expecting snow tomorrow that's maybe why. This stamp is from Crafty Sentiments called 'best friends' is a joy to colour with Promarkers...kept to mainly blue. Top stamped sentiment is an old QVC set of clear stamps (maybe you can spot a happy mistake there) and if you look lower down the ball is from a See Dee set and yet another happy mistake. Hope you like it, I'm trying to get ahead for the January birthdays.

Hi, my next card is using the same Marianne Design bauble die with some fancy paper at the back and cut round, popped onto foam for a lift. Some ribbon glued down, faux stitching, stamped sentiment, punched snowflakes and  small white centres waste from another die.

Hello again crafty bloggers. I've got a little carried away with my knitted bootees that my last few cards are still on the 'to do' list. This one opens as shown above to reveal a stunning die cut bauble from Marianne Design. It was free with one of the magazines I get. I used up scraps for the bauble design, what fantastic way to use the remnants of posh wedding invites...the cards are too good to throw away and of fab quality. I laid the bauble onto some blue card and cut round, thread some slim ribbon through, punched snowflakes with sequins, stamped border snowflakes from a freebie stamp.

Image coloured with Promarkers, star stamp in corner, heat embossed top sentiment and a couple of printed tickets onto kraft. Finished with glamour dust on that huge present.

A full size A4 card is used with top corners rounded off, Pre-coloured  image from Nikky's Paper Boutique 2 Creative Christmas cd..marvellous images with some exciting fun and easy cards to make. Heat embossed sentiment on top, faux stitching and stamped sentiment inside. Easy peasy cards!

Hello my crafty friends! It's been so cold here in the UK and we're getting the hard frosts which could mean 'snow' for some parts of the British Isles. Do I sound like the weather lady? Well I'm very snug and warm indoors making the last of my December cards, some which are birthdays that fall so close to christmas. I've had this cute dude digi image for a long time (win from Incy Wincy...many thanks). Coloured with Promarkers, alphabet die cuts Baby Face from Provocraft, that star stamp from Crafters Companion QVC long time ago, some scraps of digi paper from Nikky's Polka Doodle cd. The sentiment at the bottom from Paper Pretties which is heat embossed and while my heat gun is out I've decided to do other cards too. Inside you'll see a stamped sentiment.

Hello again, it's the middle of the week, we're nearly there..2 days to the weekend. Hope that we're all wrapped up warm, there's definitely a very chilly spell coming. No matter, this digi cutie is a joy to colour with my Promarkers, from Oak Pond called 'sledin snowman'...doesn't he look like a load of fun! I ran out of daylight so had to photograph it with the wet glitter glue (so sorry), it's looking very sparkly now. Strips of paper are old from the lovely Pink Petticoat. I love Liz's digi papers! A ticket printout, one stamped snowflake with a sequin to finish.

Hello blogland it's the first day of December. Hope all is well. Many thanks on your kind comments for the knitted bootees on my last post. My creation today is using a cute digi image I've had a long time....not too sure where I grabbed this freebie, could be Jelly Park?? So today my cuttlebug has been out for the shaped die from Go Kreate, some embossing on the kraft, X cut snowflake punch into some vellum, piece of old lace from stash, sentiment was free stamp with magazine as is the holly/berry stamp 3d'd, the robin is a stamp too, coloured with Promarkers...I've given my Frosty a warmish glow. The lovely silver dingly bells from The Ribbon Girls, twine from my flour bag.

Hi to a rather chilly monday. Hope all is well where you are and in the best of health. Today I've a shaped card and some gorgeous pink hand knitted bootees to give as a little gift, I've even cellophane wrapped it. I'm quite enjoying my knitting frenzy of bootees at the mo and if I get enough made in the next couple of weeks I'll be wanting to sell them. So  Go Kreate die shape, digi paper from Nikky Halls Kraft cd...absolutely beautiful papers! Baby stamp 'cosy pram' from LOTV...my first inking and you'll recognise a fair few sentiment stamps which are from them too. Coloured with Promarkers.

Hello all! I've recently become an aunty (again) and couldn't wait to make something for the baby's 1st christmas and as you can probably guess it's a boy. I made another of those pop up boxes, made my own paper design with plain blue paper overstamped with snowflake stamp and wonderful stitching stamp from LOTV Baby Companion set. You'll see pretty much everything used is from the lovely LOTV! The main image is Balloon Basket, absolutely a treat to colour with Promarkers, grunge messages, sentiment at the back is computer generated, snowflake punch used, ribbon bows, bit of scrap lace. I also got out my knitting needles to do the bootees and threaded through some ribbon. Dummy charm is a win from Ribbon Girls 'thankyou'.

My card is using a fab and super cute HM image from the Christmas 'singing angels' rubber sheet, I always need a couple to send to friends whose Christmas is a bit sad and 'happy' doesn't seem appropriate hence the 'thinking of you',  coloured with Promarkers, Anita's gloss for the red berries, plenty of die work with a Go Kreative shape die, Spellbinders corners, embossing folder, created a tag with sentiment stamp, rhinestones, colourised some plain white ribbon with promarker. Hi everyone. Today my card is using 'yarn tales' from HM, coloured with Promarkers and as you can see a single layer card, sentiment from Elzybells stamp, phlox flower dies, embossing and gems, some sparkle on the wool. I stamped some footprints on the inside too. I thought this would make a nice thinking of you card for October Cancer Awareness month...sending big hugs to anyone who is suffering from this awful disease. Good afternoon all. Well the rain has taken a bit of a rest today...just a bit of drizzle in the air. I hope all is well for you and you like what you see here. I'm not a 'halloween person' as such but don't see any harm in all the fun. Here in the UK as you may know it's not celebrated that much so I don't really know what to actually do with any cards I make. Never the less it doesn't stop me joining in the fun challenges. This is a new HM stamp 'interview with a vampire' and I won it last year would you believe it...many thanks! Hi there crafters. Today my creation is using this fab digi image from All Dressed Up, a new company to me who have started to sell these gorgeous images at Sugar Nellie...how great is that! They're having a hop and have given this freebie image to celebrate and enter their challenge. Coloured using Promarkers, digi paper from Pink Gem(freebie long ago), strip of pink ribbon, cupcake charm from The Ribbon Girls, die cut flowers with sequin centre, glitter glue to finish. Inside I placed an insert stamped with a sentiment and cupcakes using some Simon Says Stamps exclusive stamps. I hope you like this one as much as I do.

Hi, I'm back with the card that I'd made last month. Lovely elegant d/load paper from Michele, distressed with walnut stain, glittered rose, alphabet dies, coloured insert added. I didn't have much time and made quite a few to send through the post to special ladies in my life. This one was believed to be bought but my handmade stamp was on the back.....I can imagine the ooooohing and aaaahing that went with it! No doubt this one was greatly received.

Hellooooo everyone! I'm finally back from a very long blog break (my longest since I started blogging)....it seems a lifetime since I was last here and I've really missed it. I did however try to keep an eye on my favourite blogs and tried to make the odd card to show here. I do hope life has been good to all. So onto my wall hanging for a birthday last month, subsequently I made a few more to post to special people. I used fab digi d/load paper from the magnificent Michelle, the bottom sentiment was a freebie too. The brown dotty paper I made myself with dotty stamp using walnut stain ink pad. Quite a lot of die work...the 'happy birthday' is from Wild Rose Studio finished with rhinestones. I also made a matching card using the fab paper which I'll show you soon but i'd like to enter this in some of my fave challenges.
