I've been waiting for a chance to join in with the Sugar Bowl Blog challenge and a few days ago there were freebie digi images for a limited time only for downloading, (can't believe this is another fab company, I don't possess any of their wonderful stamps so yet another list ready for a spend) so i just had to have a go and this is the result for #37 Girly & Feminine, papers are digi too from The Creative Cottage, round stamp from Cuddly Buddly stamps i won some time ago, great impressions and this is the first of them I've used, a heart pearl from Bunny Zoes crafts placed and also on the cute pony as i made a whoopsy...the pink felt flower is quite chunky and came in a candy, pink rhinestone came free with a mag. I will enter this one for Crafty Sentiments #24 Birthday themed card, Magical Crafts #18 is Flower Power, Everybody Art #97 Birthday, Digital Tuesday #65 Summertime, A Spoonfull of Suagr 110 Animal Crackers and Papertake Weekly In Stitches. This one is a tag challenge. I won some gorgeous digi images from Karens Doodles UK on my very first challenge there so a big 'thankyou' but for this one and as it had to be a tag I thought this freebie image was better fitting. Cut off corners with decorative scissors and stuck one back on, stamped edges with a stamp, sentiment from Elzybells Fervour sentiment set, pink pearl hearts from Bunny Zoes crafts, ribbon from own stash. I thought it would go into the Moving along with the times 'anything but a card' and they're having a blog hop as it is their first birthday sooooo Happy Birthday MAWTT!

New card for a male. This is a digi boy image from Polka Doodles Back to Nature cd, I've coloured this one myself but there are ones that are pre-coloured on the sheet for fast easy cards...and is for their own challenge Boys Birthday, used the fab sketch from Cards For Men #13, Charisma is Boys, I Love Digi is Emboss it as is The Crafty Pad and Allsorts too, Creative Card Crew is Easel, Crafty Catz Let's go digital, One Stitch at a time Stars & Stripes and lastly the 10th one is Cute card Thursday Re-use, Renew,Recycle (I've used the scallop waste spruced it up for the stopper on my easel base).There are many stamps used on this one, so no designer papers. This is a fab digi image from Faith at Designed 2 Delight Digital Stamps, the 'tweet friend' text comes with it and i just had to add some stamping to it...the 'best wishes' is from one of my new spends from Personell Impressions from QVC, great value for 3 sets! The purple backing is from Funky fairy d/loads and the print squares from a DCWV paper stack sent to me. What a catch! A treasure of sequins...that is... There are so many men/boys challenges in blogland that it gave me a chance to use this clear stamp set from Sweet n Sassy Stamps, chopped off the corners of my square card, stamped elements from the set straight onto white background, chalked over with brown, stitched in brown thread, used a strip of digi paper from the DAISIE company (freebie for fathers day i didn't get to use), two strips of scraps, 3d the sword, found some orange netting that satsumas came in, knotted two corners, placed some sequins in chest to resemble treasure. My very first House Mouse stamp. Yes this is Apple Harvest and a very large stamp to fit my 6 inch square card, I won it from Lisa's blog who was doing a RAK for her sister Jayme as she is very very poorly. The one and only lovely Simon Says Stamps sent my choice of stamp so quick all the way from America that i couldn't leave it alone to just sit there and got going for their own challenge 'Sweet' (apples could be included in that I think) and this is what i like to do in the summer collecting all the apples from my apple tree before they fall to the ground and get damaged, perhaps eat one or two along the way, i thought it was fitting for the Stamp Something challenge' Summer' and also added some glamour dust to bling up for Charisma #24 All about Bling. My image is stamped straight onto my card, Koh-i-noors used for larger areas and Koi's w/colours for smaller delicate areas, i'm finding this works a little better for me, sentiment from Simon Says Savour cupcake set. Found some purple ribbon to finish! I hope you like this card as much as i do, bye for now.

The image is a stamp from Belles n Whistles 'Apples & Sunshine', for their own challenge Buttons & Bows (I've one of each), Sir Stampalot's June challenge is Punch it!, Bunny Zoes new challenge blog and very first challenge 'Nice & Girly', A Spoonfull of Sugar #108 Enjoying the Sunshine and the fantastic sketch from Sketch Saturday#107. Papers are from Dovecraft Wild Blossom, used Floral Fantasy embossing folder on one of the elements in the sketch with vellum, i just hate covering beautiful papers...at least this way you can see through it, found some lovely bright grosgrain ribbon in my stash that i bought long time ago(perfect match with the papers), image is coloured with Koh-i-noors and Koi w/colours. Today my creation is very sweet themed for Papertake Weekly Ice cream flavours so mine is yummy Rich Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, also known as Neapolitan, using the fab digi image freebie from Faith at Designed 2 Delight, pink paper/flowers from The Creative Cottage and for their challenge It takes 2... so card plus 1 other item (i did a mini pouch with a Simon Says Stamp cupcake image topper), Digital Tuesday is Easel card, Allsorts #56 is Lace and/or Buttons, Polka Doodles #23 Nursery Rhyme (mine is Hickory dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock...sorry there's no clock but there's a cupcake instead), and I've used the fantastic sketch from Sketch & Stash #37(new image,neglected papers). Sentiment is from Faith from an early digi freebie, for The Secret Crafter #87 Quote,i changed 'nice' to 'mice' with a black liner. Until next time, bye!

A milk carton for hubby. Well really I'll be filling it with savoury snacks to give to him from the kids on Sunday, dry roasted peanuts, cashews ...that sort of thing, so he can munch away while watching the football. I must tell you this great freebie digi image is 'Time for a cuppa' from Nutshells challenge blog, for their own challenge, i won a lovely wedding stamp set from there so a big thanks to them, but i think i may have missed it this time, if fits into some others though. Lovely papers from Polka Doodle Muted Bundle of mens papers freebie, i love these they print out wonderfully every time, found a black clip in my stash to bring it altogether, sentiment from the computer. Quite a few men challenges so I'm entering Incy Wincy, One stitch at a time 'Celebrations', Magical Crafts #17, I love digi #9 Anything but a card, Kaboodle doodle #33 Anything goes with a dash of purple, 2 new ones to me...Cards for Men (except mine isn't a card but I'll give it a go) and Totally Gorjuss #34. A fab and easy make. There's a few Christmas challenges out there in blogland but I can't seem to keep up with the normal ones, I know that it would be less struggle for ideas when the time comes so I found this idea on one of these challenges I'm entering for. I cut out my own tree template, stamped with an ivy stamp from Cute Companions, stuck some fab shiny rhinestones for lights, coloured a piece of white scrap with a copic brown leaving a white gap to show for the snow, stamped a tiny sentiment that came as a freebei with a mag, punched out a couple of snowflakes with my X Cut punch, glued some Glamour dust, found some elasticated cord for hanging and finished with some of my lovely laces and a burgundy grosgrain ribbon as a present! I don't have any avid crafters in my family so this will be included in my next giveaway along with some other goodies, challenges I'm entering are ABC Christmas L for lights, Winter Wonderland is to use a christmas flower, Sew Many Challenges #17 is christmas theme, anything but a card, and new one to me, Bah-Humbug-Christmas #22 is Anything goes. A Forever Friends Fathers Day card. It must be a year since I used this stamp, so i teamed it up for the Polka Doodles challenge Modern/Retro Anniversary ( i suppose fathers day can be seen as an anniversary) used the bundle that Nikky gave away some weeks ago of gorgeous man papers.Just Cute Bears #20 is Fathers Day as is CRAFT, and similar theme at One stitch at a time #16, Charisma #23 would like Spots & Stripes, Crafty Catz #36 is Embossing (on the wording strip), Stamp Something is Happy Something and finally used the super sketch from Papertake Weekly. Round sentiment is a Basic Grey one 'A father'. Just like to say Good Luck to England for their very first match at the World Cup...me I'll be in my corner crafting. Bye for now!

Potted Flowers is my creation today. The fantastically talented Faith from Designed 2 Delight has give away this digi image and I shaped around it with my scissors, heat embossed some Personal Impressions Verdigris powder onto the leaves, w/colored the flowers, chalked the pot, added a sentiment from Popcorn the Bear set, placed a ribbon and added an Elzybells sentiment inside, finished the back with stamp from Scrapmagasinet. Hi all, I love LOTV images! This one was from Pauline and I've enjoyed colouring it everytime it's been used, this time I cut around it and mounted onto 3d foam pads. I nearly forgot this! This was suppose to go onto my blog days ago for a plea from Lisa whose sister Jayme is very poorly and I really wanted to send a card from my part of the world to say I'm very much thinking of her and her family.
