Good afternoon. Hope all is well and that there's alot of crafting going on in blogland :))))). I had so much fun with my latest creation and I adapted bits to it as I went along (you'll see a bit later in the post). This is my entry for Karen's Doodles # 29 Lace using their own digi image, sketch from Friday Sketchers, used some ribbon bows for the Wild Orchid #6, embossed with my embossing folders for Crafty Pad #89 and turned it into a 'Birthday' card for Totally Papercrafts #34.

It's an easel card with a difference...

...I placed a little tab so it holds up the sentiment which is from the lovely Paulette!

Hope you like this idea! Just like to say i had a lovely thankyou note from one of the parents from PostPals (see top of blog for link) and i was deeply touched that my 5 minutes of writing a birthday card, putting a postage stamp on it, sending it on its way not expecting any thing at all except a bit of comfort to who it was meant for. It really goes to show how we can change one of those awful days and create happiness, in most cases to know that your child is not going to make it, having difficult and important decisions to make almost everyday as a parent. I hope that every card I write is well received and puts a smile on a childs face... I'm so sorry I've ended on a sentimental note and wish you all Happy Crafting until next post!
